Our family can’t begin to thank you for the gracious way you walked us through the hospice journey for Mom. Dad was at such peace realizing how cared for she was. Her care was so personal and with such comfort and dignity.

We were only here (Comfort Care Center) for a short period the facility and staff were great, I’d like to speak very highly of Mary, John, Beverly, and Charlene. I feel like they went above and beyond for us. Thank you guys for doing a great job!
I just wanted to say that Carol Barnes helped in my father’s care, Carmon Varner, for about two years. She was one person we counted on for her loving support and guidance. She is a professional that has a special glow and touch in providing needed help. My family and I really can’t express how much she supported us, especially my mother, who was his primary caregiver. My father passed on November 2. Many thanks to the Conway Hospice for their generous loving and gracious service. Carol was the best.
My father was on hospice for a couple of years with you guys. He passed away on November 2, 2021. I cannot say enough good things about the care my father has received. Whoever hires the employees is doing an excellent job.
Carol (the volunteer coordinator) was the only person that could get my dad to take a shower. My dad would not cooperate with the aids. My whole family loves Carol to pieces. She even came and sang at my dad's funeral. She went above and beyond in everything she did for my dad and my mom who was his caretaker.
I also would love to give kudos to Sarah the nurse, Bill and Dawn. They were extremely excellent in their care and professionalism. And the chaplain... my mom talked about him often.
My dad, R. W., was at your care center only for the last 14 hours of his life. He was transferred there from Baptist Hospital on Friday evening and he died Saturday morning. I would like to pass along my sincere appreciation for Charlene, the nurse who took excellent care of my dad during those last hours. Charlene demonstrated amazing care and compassion for my dad, as he was suffering greatly. Charlene called my dad and me by name, she patiently worked to understand what my dad was trying to communicate, and she did everything she could to get him comfortable. Her care and compassion showed through every time she interacted with me and my dad. Thank you Charlene, for making a very tough situation more bearable.
This was the best decision that my family made for my mother. Could not have asked for a better experience, would give them an A plus. If you have a loved one that needs hospice, please don’t hesitate to contact Hospice Home Care.
I want to thank everyone for the wonderful care that was given to mama and my father in law. I already knew that hospice was a wonderful experience. My family was able to see this, thanks to everyone who came to care for them. The HHC staff was friendly, caring and so comforting to not only mama and Jim, but to us as well.
Dear Hospice Angels,
My family is deeply grateful to you for providing the most peaceful, loving and comforting environment in which to spend our last precious moments with our Mother/Mother-in-law/Grandmother. We felt embraced by each and every Hospice employee, and will never forget your kindness and consideration.
I would like to take the time to express my deepest gratitude to your entire facility that is now family in my heart. I would especially like to thank Ms Beverly, who affectionately & appropriately nick named my Granny Ruth Childers Hollywood! They bonded immediately. Granny even told me some precious stories of her meetings with Ms. Beverly, she was her favorite Chaplain, & as soon as Ms. Beverly walked in the room when I was there, I could see those two were thick as thieves... Granny brightened up immediately at the sound of Ms. Beverly’s voice & then I got to enjoy watching Granny with her newest dearest friend. Granny was a very spiritual lady. Her Pastor of many years had recently passed away, so her connection with Ms. Beverly I believe had a true Devine purpose! Ms. Beverly took special care and attention to comforting Grans soul, the entire family.
The nurses and doctors of Hospice Home Care provided us with loving and kind care during the last 10 months of Maria's life. The comfort and peace of being at home during this time was a precious gift for Maria and our family. We will forever be grateful for the services of Hospice Home Care and the compassionate care of the special people that commit their life to helping others. God bless all of you.

Facing the end of life can be hard. Facing it alone, in the absence of family, friends, financial resources and qualified caregivers, is even harder.
